Peanut Butter Ripple Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Ice Cream:
  • 16 oz Whip
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Peanut Butter Ripple:
  • 1 1/4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat the whip until it is stiff.
2. Add the sugar and beat.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
4. Mix together the peanut butter ripple ingredients well.
5. Mix in to ice cream until just swirled through, about 30 seconds.
6. Freeze.
