Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 medium baking apples
  • (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
  • Peeled, cored and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) Nestle Toll House refrigerated Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
  • Bar Dough

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine apple slices, lemon juice, sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Crumble bar of dough on top of the apples. Bake 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender and crumble topping is crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature.
