Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries (large)
- 1 block of Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 Tablespoons powdered sugar (to taste)
- Graham Cracker Crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and hollow out strawberries, using a paring knife
Slice a bit off the bottom of each strawberry so that the strawberry can stand up without falling over.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until creamy.
Put filling into a piping bag or a Ziplock bag with the end snipped off.
Squeeze filling into each strawberry.
Sprinkle or sift graham cracker crumbs over the tops of the filled strawberries.
Serve immediately or serve chilled.
