Ingredients

  • 1 fudge brownie mix
  • 1 package peanut butter chips (10 oz)
  • 2 packages of miniature peanut butter cups (13 oz each)
  • 4 cups 2% milk
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz each)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tsps vanilla extract
  • 3 cartons cool whip (8 oz each)

Step 1

Prepare brownie batter according to directions-stir in peanut butter chips. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes-cool on rack
Cut peanut butter cups in half-set aside 1/3 for garnish. In a large bowl whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft set. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix well and fold in 1 1/2 cartons of cool whip.
Place 1/3 brownies in 5 qt glass bowl, top with 1/3 of peanut butter cups.Spoon 1/3 of pudding mixture on top. Repeat layers stwice. Cover with remaining cool whip and garnish with peanut butter cups. Refrigerate
