This is good, but I find it oily. It needs to be cut, when serving, with some acid. Also, it's pretty high fat for a salad dressing!

Ingredients
- 17 servings (per tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

* Whisk all ingredients together in a jar or a bowl and refrigerate.
