Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely-minced cilantro
- 1/2 cup finely-minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound lean ground turkey (your butcher can grind this for you)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or mix together very well by hand.
Let the turkey mixture chill for several hours. Then form the mixture into patties.
In a nonstick skillet, cook the patties on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until the turkey is cooked through.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 2 ounces.
