Fish with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- Fish
- 1 lb. tilapia
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. each: ground ginger, cumin, pepper
- Mango Salsa
- 1 1/2 cups peeled, chopped mango
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion or use red onion
- 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

Step 1
Wash fillets and pat dry with paper towel. Wet with lime juice, rub with spice mix. Cook at 450 degrees for 12 mins., until fish flakes with fork. Meanwhile, make salsa by mixing ingredients together. Serve over top of fish when cooked.
