Ingredients

  • (Serves: 10 - 12)
  • 1 1/2 lb. poblano chiles, diced
  • 1 1/2 lb. tomatillos, quartered
  • 1 Tbs Tabasco sauce
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 24 oz fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 2 lbs Shi tuna, small dice
  • 1 cup papaya, diced
  • 1 cup avocado, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the first seven ingredients. Add diced tuna to the puree and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Divide into margarita glasses and garnish with papaya and avocado.
