Ingredients
- (Serves: 10 - 12)
- 1 1/2 lb. poblano chiles, diced
- 1 1/2 lb. tomatillos, quartered
- 1 Tbs Tabasco sauce
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz fresh lime juice
- 24 oz fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbs honey
- 2 lbs Shi tuna, small dice
- 1 cup papaya, diced
- 1 cup avocado, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Puree the first seven ingredients. Add diced tuna to the puree and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Divide into margarita glasses and garnish with papaya and avocado.
