Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 lb shitake mushrooms (stemmed & aliced)
  • 1/2 lb asparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 Lb rigatoni (mezzi rigs)
  • sprinkle of parsely
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Reggiano

Preparation

Step 1

**cook pasta
heat oil and brown garlic, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and cook @5 minutes
add asparagus and 1 cup pasta water. Cook on high until tender
drain pasta and toss with asparagus/mushroom, toss in parsley, cheese & lemon juice
