Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 lb shitake mushrooms (stemmed & aliced)
- 1/2 lb asparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 Lb rigatoni (mezzi rigs)
- sprinkle of parsely
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Reggiano

Preparation
Step 1
**cook pasta
heat oil and brown garlic, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and cook @5 minutes
add asparagus and 1 cup pasta water. Cook on high until tender
drain pasta and toss with asparagus/mushroom, toss in parsley, cheese & lemon juice
