Ingredients

    cp panko crumbs

    tangerines, grated zest

    TB tangerine juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1

    TB lemon juice

  • 3

    cps sifted all purpose flour

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp baking soda

  • 2

    sticks unsalted butter, softened

  • 2

    cps sugar

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    cp buttermili

  • Glaze Ingredients

  • ½

    cp tangerine juice

  • 1

    TB lemon juice

  • cp sugar

Directions

Butter a 6-cup loaf pan. Linebottom with parchmnt paper, pressing firmly. Pour panko into pan and shake to coat the sides and bottom, tip out extra crumbs. In small bowl, combine tangerine and lemon juices and zest. Cream butter until fluffy. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time,mixwell. At low speed, add alternating batches of dry ingredients and buttermilk until batter is just mixed. Add juices and zest and mix. Pour into prepared pan and set on a sheet pan. Bake until cake is firm in the center and tester inserted into the center comes out clean. 70 to 80 min. Cook glaze ingredients until sugar has melted. When cake is done, let cool in pan for 15 min. Run a knife around the side of the pan. turn onto rack, brush glaze onto top and sides.
