Biscoff Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 T. all purpose flour
  • 3 T. white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 of an egg
  • 3 T. Biscoff spread (or Speculoos)
  • 3 T. milk
  • 3 T. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a very large mug.

Whisk well with a fork until smooth.

Microwave on high for 1 minute 50 seconds.

Your microwave may be different, so please check after a minute and a half.

Do NOT overcook it will become very rubbery.
