Ingredients

    Lb. Cooked Beef

  • 1

    small head of Cabbage, chopped

  • 1

    medium onion, peeled and diced

  • 2

    Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 2

    stalks Celery, sliced in ½ inch pieces

  • 1

    clove Garlic, peeled and minced

  • 2

    cups Beef Broth

  • 1

    (14.5oz) can diced Tomatoes

  • ¼

    tsp Sugar

  • Salt, to taste

  • tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Cut the cooked beef into bite-size pieces and add it to the slow cooker along with the cabbage, onion, carrots and celery; stir to mix. Add the garlic, broth, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to a bowl; mix well and pour over the beef. Set the slow cooker on high and cook for 1 hour or until the cabbage has begun to wilt. Reduce heat to low and cook for 4 hours. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
