- 115 oz can1 15 oz can cream style corn
- 1/4c1/4 c egg beaters
- 1/3c1/3 c chopped onion
- 1/4t1/4 t salt
- Pepper
- Bread crumbs

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray 2 qt casserole with spray. Cook broccoli. Mix with corn, egg beaters, onion, salt and pepper. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs 4 servings 160 calories
