Ingredients
- 6 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar

This sauce adds a powerful orange flavor to Orange Pork chops. If you want a thicker sauce, leave the water out of the sauce and combine the water with 1.5 teaspoons cornstarch in a separate bowl. Add the sauce as called for in the recipe, bring to a boil and then add in the cornstarch and water slurry, stirring to thicken.
Combine the orange juice, water, rice vinegar, dark and light soy sauce and brown sugar in a bowl. Use sauce within 3-4 days, refrigerated.
