Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs cooked chicken wing pieces
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground chipotle pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp finely ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup or more Louisiana-style "red hot" sauce

Step 1
Cook chicken wings however you prefer- battered and deep-fried, broiled or baked. Then place just-cooked wings in a large mixing bowl. Coat them with this sauce for a spicy, Buffalo-style taste.
Combine the butter, hot sauce and spices in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well-blended. Remove from heat and pour over cooked wings. Stir gently to coat. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
