Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Add this simple sauce in the final stages of stir-frying. If you like, thicken the sauce by adding 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 4 teaspoons water. Add the cornstarch and water mixture directly into the sauce in the wok or skillet, stirring quickly to thicken.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Use as called for in a recipe, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Use within 3-4 days.
