Ingredients

  • 12 ounces water, 80F
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/4 cups medium ry flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seed, optional
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • or
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine/fast rise yeast

Preparation

Step 1

* Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan
* Add all dry ingredients, excpet yeast and salt
* Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, the level ingredients
* Add salt to one corner
* Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients: add yeast
* Lock pan
