Tilapia Fillets (defrosted if frozen)
Cup Parmesan Cheese
Tablespoons Mayo/Dressing (I use Hellmann's Light)
Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Teaspoon Fresh Dill
Pepper to taste
* turn broiler on high. combine all ingredients except fish. place fish in foil lined pan, broil for 3 min. remove from oven, flip over and divide parmesan mixture over the uncooked side of fish. return to the oven and broil 3-4 min. or you can cook it on the grill but place fish on foil on the grill low heat.
