  • 1 lb. Pepperidge farm puff pastry sheets
  • 1/2 lb extra lean pork sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw pastry.
Divide sausage into 3 parts.
Unfold pastry and roll iout to a 12x11 . Cut into thirds lengthwise (3-4 x 11) strips. Divide the sausage into thirds, roll into 11 inch long rope. Place the rope onto the puff pastry strips, and fold pastry to encase the sausage in it. Seal. Cut into 1 inch roll. Cut a small diagonal slit onto each roll. Place seam side down onto baking sheet . Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Remove and Bake foe 20-30 minutes at 450
