Ingredients
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 3/4 Cream or Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cups Coconut
- 1/2 Cups Chopped Nuts
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Boil sugar and milk to a soft ball stage (234 degrees). Cool to lukewarm (110 degrees). Add coconut, nuts, butter and vanilla. Beat. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. For chocolate coconut patties add 3 Tbs. Cocoa with sugar.
