Salmon with Asian Marinade

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • big squirt ketchup
  • minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk well and pour over fish for 2 to 6 hours.

2. Pre-heat oven to 500 with cooking tray inside. Add fish to pre-heated tray w/ marinade and reduce heat to 350. Cook 7 to 14 minutes until internal temperature of 125.
