Ingredients

  • Salad

  • 2

    cups mixed greens

  • 2

    green onions, chopped

  • ¼

    cup slivered almonds

  • 1

    can of mandarin oranges (in thier own juice), drained

  • Dressing

  • Juice and zest of two large oranges

  • 2

    T. olive oil

  • 1

    t. Chinese 5 Spice

  • 1

    T. fresh grated ginger

  • Sea salt and pepper

  • ⅛ - ¼

    t. red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Mix dressing ingredients. Toss with salad ingredients and serve. Add grilled chicken to make it a meal.
