Ingredients
- ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado, halved, pitted and cubed
- fresh lemon juice
- tangerines, peeled, separated into segments and cut in half
- green onions, thinly sliced
- salmon fillet, cooked and flaked into pieces
- finely chopped red bell pepper
- shredded jicama
- small butter lettuce leaves, trimmed
- seasoned rice vinegar
- low-sodium soy sauce
- chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- grated gingerroot
- sesame oil
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Instructions:
In a small bowl, toss avocado with lemon juice. Add tangerines, green onions, salmon, bell pepper and jicama. Stir until combined.
Serve lettuce leaves, filling and Ginger Sauce in separate bowls. Allow each person to fill lettuce leaves and spoon on sauce.
Ginger Sauce Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
