Mini Omelette Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 slices deli Black Forest ham (1/2 lb./225 g)
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained and squeezed dry
  • 3/4 cup each finely chopped onion s and red peppers
  • 1 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F.

Spray 12 muffin pan cups with cooking spray; line with ham slices. Fill with spinach, onions, peppers and cheese.

Whisk eggs and Miracle Whip until blended; slowly pour over filling in ham cups.

Bake 20 min. or until centres are set.
