  • 1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. each salt and black pepper
