Ingredients

  • 1 box of farfalle pasta (or any other kind, even cheese tortellini)
  • 32 oz of Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1-2 bags of mini pepperonis
  • 16 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 bag mini carrots (sliced)
  • 1-2 crowns of broccoli (cut into little pieces)
  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 1-2 cartons of grape tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 orange pepper (chopped)
  • 1 yellow pepper (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta according to directions.
2. While pasta is cooking, chop veggies and cheese and place in a large bowl. Add pepperoni
3. When pasta is cooked, drain, and rinse in cold water. Add to bowl.
4. Pour dressing over top and stir.
5. Can be served immediately, but it is better if left overnight for the ingredients to marinade in the dressing.
