Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken, disjointed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crisco

Preparation
Step 1
Dip chicken into milk, then coat with seasoned flour.
Melt 1/3 cup fat in a 8 or 9" frying pan.
When hot, add chicken and fry until brown on all sides.
Reduce heat, over frying pan and cook until tender (about 25 minutes)
Place chicken on hot serving platter and serve.
