chicken with creamy dijon herb sauce

this recipe sounds like it might be the ingredients for nana's chicken dish! This recipe is made in a skillet but the directions say that it can also be baked.
(I would preheat to 350 deg. and bake for 30 minutes using a pyrex square)

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 6 tab. French's Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup cream cheese spread, softened
- 1 tab. each, herbs, such as parsley, basil, or chives
- 1 tab. oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tab. minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
MIX: broth, mustard, cream cheese, & herbs til well blended. set aside.
COOK: chicken in hot oil til browned on both sides (15 min.)
STIR: mustard mix. and garlic in skillet.
SIMMER: over medium heat (3-5 minutes) til sauce thickens slightly &
flavors are blended.
THIS RECIPE CAN ALSO BE BAKED.
