Ingredients
- Four skinless boneless chicken breasts.
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 16 ounce bag frozen vegetable combination
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder.
Brown chicken in oil for approximately 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Add soup, milk, lemon juice, basil and vegetables.
Heat to a boil.
Return chicken to pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
