Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped and sauteed
- 1/4 bread crumbs
- Chopped Parsley
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup EVOO
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except the EVOO in a bowl. Roll mixture into meatballs.
Heat EVOO over Medium-high heat. Fry meatballs until golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Don't worry about them being completely cooked through, as they will continue to cook as they rest.
