Ingredients

• 2 cups youngs fish batter (Sam's)
• 1 cup of butter milk
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 egg

Preparation

Mix ingredients and scoop into hot grease with a small ice cream scoop.
