6 large potatoes peeled anc chopped
1 cup sour cream
4 cups shredded cheddar
1/4 c melted butter
1 can cr of chicken soup
salt and pepper
boil potatoes til tender..while boiling combine the rest of the ingredients in a very large bowl. drain potatoes and gently stir into the cheese mixture. place in a greased 13 x 9 in pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
