Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds pork, cut in 1" cubes
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cans (1 lb 4 ounce size) pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork cubes and onion slices in hot oil in cooker.

Add pineapple juice, water, vinegar, brown sugar and salt. Cover, set control and cook for 12 minutes after control jiggles.

Reduce pressure instantly. Add diced green pepper, pineapple chunks and soy sauce.

Add cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
