Ben's Rice and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Rice, , cooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric (for color)
  • 1 Pound Bacon, , cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 Eggs, Fried Hard and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Bacon, grease
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, , chopped
  • 3 Scallion, , thinly sliced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add tumeric to rice and boiling water.

Add butter to cooked rice and melt to separate grains. Add rest of ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning.
