Ingredients
- 3 Cups Rice, , cooked
- 1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric (for color)
- 1 Pound Bacon, , cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 Eggs, Fried Hard and chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Bacon, grease
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 Cup Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, , chopped
- 3 Scallion, , thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add tumeric to rice and boiling water.
Add butter to cooked rice and melt to separate grains. Add rest of ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning.
