Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Rice, cooked
- 2/3 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Green Peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 can Tomatoes, diced 14.5oz.
- 1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Step 1
In a skillet saute Green Peppers, Celery, Onion and Garlic in Water until tender. Add Tomatoes, Seasoned Salt, Chili Powder, Pepper and Cooked Rice. Cook for 5 minutes.
