Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup (or more) sour cream
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh fillets (cod, sole, white fish, orange roughy)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. (thin fish cook hot and fast, thicker lower and slower)
Combine all ingredients except fish into a bowl. Put fish into a baking dish oiled with olive oil, skin side down. Spread the sour cream and cheese topping over the fish and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness. When nearly done, brown under broiler.
