Grilled Shrimp

  • 1 lb. large shrimp(peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3-4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper



Step 1

1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towel. In a gallon size Ziploc bag,combine garlic,parsley flakes,olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Add shrimp to bag and mixture. Make sure all shrimp are coated thoroughly
3. Remove as much air as possible from bag and store in refrigerator til ready to grill
4. Grill until shrimp are white and tails have turned pink.about 2-3 minutes per side

Tip: Soak wooden skewers in water to grill several shrimp at one time. It makes turning shrimp much easier
