Montreal Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Montreal seasonings
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Trim fat off pork. Cut into 1 1/2 inch thick rounds. Wrap with one piece of bacon use toothpick. Season with Montreal seasonings.

Get to room temp about 15 minutes before grilling.

Grill over direct medium heat until pork is barely pink and bacon is fully cooked. About 15 minutes. Turn once.

Can serve with baked potatoes or Stewed White Beans and basil.
