  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Step 1

Boil sugar, cornstarch, salt and water.
Let gently bubble for about 15 minutes.

Add rind, juice, and butter just before serving.
