Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Boil sugar, cornstarch, salt and water.
Let gently bubble for about 15 minutes.
Add rind, juice, and butter just before serving.
