Chewy M&M Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 cup butter, softened to room temperature
• 2 eggs or 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups M&Ms

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl mix sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla throughly.
Add flour, salt and baking soda to creamed mixture and mix well.
Add 3/4 cup M&M candies.
Drop dough by spoonful onto baking sheet. Press a few candies onto each dough ball
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until slightly golden.
