Ingredients
- (Serves 12)
- 1/2 pound fresh Maine lobster tail, diced small
- 1/2 pound deep sea scallops, diced small
- 1/2 pound white gulf shrimp, peeled, deveined and diced small
- Juice of 12 limes
- 2 Tbs garlic, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/2 jicama, peeled and diced
- 1 Bermuda onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Make sure all seafood in very fresh when starting the recipe. Stir the mixture thoroughly when preparing.
