Ingredients

  • (Serves 12)
  • 1/2 pound fresh Maine lobster tail, diced small
  • 1/2 pound deep sea scallops, diced small
  • 1/2 pound white gulf shrimp, peeled, deveined and diced small
  • Juice of 12 limes
  • 2 Tbs garlic, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 jicama, peeled and diced
  • 1 Bermuda onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Make sure all seafood in very fresh when starting the recipe. Stir the mixture thoroughly when preparing.
