- 1 lb tea
- 5 gallons boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
Tie tea loosely in a bag of two thicknesses of cheese cloth. Place bag in a large kettle of boiling water; cover tightly. Set back on stove where it will not boil. Steep 5 to 8 minutes. Remove tea bag.
