Ingredients
- Cookie:
- 18 ounces Devils Food Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 cup Bitter cocoa powder
- Filling:
- 1 package Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar PLUS
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cookie ingredients and spread in cookie sheet. bake 350 for about 15 min (check to make sure not burning) You can use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut cookie and then spread with filling that has been mix together.
