Ingredients
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. br. Sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 3 c. oatmeal
Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine with sugars, egg, water & vanilla. Combine flour, salt and soda and beat into creamed mixture. Stir in oatmeal and up to 1 c. of an optional addition if desired (nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut, etc.)
