Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% or higher)
- 1/2 cup cane sugar (organic sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with sugar. Add vanilla and whisk together. Add coconut flour and salt and mix well.
Bake at 350 F for aobut 15 minutes (they will finish setting up as they cool).
Let cool before cutting.
