  • Beat until creamy. Add:
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts.

Step 1

Put in well greased 8” square pan, bake 25 min. at 350. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
