Sour Cream Lemon Pie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp grated lemon rind
  • 3 egg yolks slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 9-inch pie shell (baked)
  • Cool Whip

Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Combine sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, lemon rind, egg yolks and milk in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool to room temperature.

Stir in sour cream and pour into pie shell.

Cover with Cool Whip and store in refrigerator.
