Irish Melon Salad

Ingredients

• 2 C. diced watermelon
• 1 C. diced canteloupe
• l large cucumber
• 1/2 tsp. celery seed
• 1 tsp. chopped mint leaves
• 1/2 C. favorite sweet dressing

Preparation

Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir gently. When ready to serve, drain off some or all of the liquid and then add more dressing to coat.
